For anyone that is in the Albany NY area, Channle 10 news will be doing a story on my "builder" tonight at 6. I for one am pretty interrested in seeing what it's about. I will try to fill you all in later.

I'm a little far to get that channel on my rabbit ears Paul, but I'm very anxious to hear all about it. If there is a web story to go along, be sure to post it for us /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Or "Sludgewood Homes". I've never heard of a builder who prohibits visits by the homeowner. Sounds like he's got something to hide right there /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

When I first work with a new sub, you can see them tighten up when I make my visits every day. The others subs have fun telling them what an SOB I can be if the work is not done right. After the first few visits they relax when they realize that all I want is their best work.

There are some subs that tell people that they will not bid on my projects. Interesting, I don’t want them either.

Hey thanks. I had not had a chance to fine that yet.

Paul, are you still "in contract" with Wedgewood, or have you closed? It's one thing to have build quality issues to deal with, it's a different story to have liens placed on your home. Hope you're only in the first category for this one /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

That sounds like criminal activity to me. You can't defraud people like that and expect bankruptcy to make it go away.
