Sorry I have been so long without updates. We had a lot of progress despite the late winter surge from old-man winter. We were so busy framing the roof structure, by the time I had time to take a picture, it was nearly done, but here we go:

Roof rafters & ridge in place, start dormers:

Roof sheathing on, dormers framed & sheathed:

Side shot after sheathing-beginning of covered walkway:

Other side-note we left a small opening on side-this is where tractor overhead door will go:

Next day found us in the roofing phase. Papered in in about 1/2 hour, shingles loaded on ridge-29 squares for this job.

Some time elapsed here and found me not using the camera enough. We got the shingles on, garage door eliptical topped-openings framed & finished off with Versatex and windows in. We also got the wire & scratch coat for our "Classic Cut" real stone veneer on:

Here's the stone veneer applied. Does it look like real stone? Good, because it IS real stone, just cut a little thinner!

I also got the covered walkway done and got the 6x6 posts jacketed in 1/2" Versatex:

Arched doorway up close. This style of stone is called "Mica Blend"...has a hint of Mica in many pieces:

More coming next week. The job is 99% done now. I'll post pictures of the "finished product" in a few days! :)

That is beautiful! I'd be proud to live in there, That stone work is almost over the top :)

Is that for yourself or a customer with deep pockets?

JB.

You probably could live on the 2nd floor. There's about 1,000 square feet of clear living space and a nice wide set of steps to get you up there!

It's for my Customer.

Great guy with lots o' green. :)

Nice work... Do you do the stone work or did you have a mason do it?

I am sure my hardest choice would be to pick which high end sports car to put in which spot.:D

Were did you get the stone vineer? It looks great.
