Hi Guys thank you for ideas. As far as the cabins go I think 10,000 to 15,000is a great deal of money for a place to get warm. But the one idea I really liked was the one about vocation school. When I lived in CT I bought a garage that came already together wall wise it was 24 X 30. They used a crane to put everything togther. But this is given me an idea about building
I could get the kids to the floor 2 12 X 24 foot sections. Then the walls will be 8 foot high. Do 4 walls and have they frame for the 4 windows and 2 door I want in the walls. I bring home by trailer and put together with my carpenter and tractor use some pre made trusses and the building could be up in a day. That is a great idea BO-MAN!!!!!!!
The following year I take the idea from JohninCT and use the Klene pipe system to do a shed in the back, front and side shed. The back shed will be for some of my toys atv, mule, gator, snowmobile. The side can be so we can have a place to cook outdoors in built in pit, the front will be covered porch.
Go to amish to buy lumber except for some 6 x 6 skids to keep floor from the ground all could be rough cut lumber. my idea was go to 24 inch on center
and use boards 1 X12 and battening 1 X 3 running it vertical for outside. Have the kids put the board and battening on at the shop and also maybe paint it. I think I would like it the color as my barn red. I would finish the inside as I get the money. I was thinking of insulation and again some type of board running horizontal for the inside.
Instant modular garage for mostly materials.
I am sure you guys will have comments on this post, all are welcome. Would be happy for more input from you guys. Sorry Eddie I liked these ideas the best but you are normally very good at suggestions and projects! remember more critque welcome, this how good ideas get started
thank you
