Built two decks this weekend

Any opinions on the various types of composite decking? Lot of options now.

Composite last and are nicer but at 2 times the price I don't see them being worth it. The main reason is it just doesn't look real. It's better than plastic fencing but still something about natural that looks so much better.

I know some of the early composite decking wasnt real good. Heard of many unhappy people. Once the sun beat on it and it got hot, it sagged between all the joists.

I am sure the new stuff is better. But its expensive, and I dont think it looks as good. Especially with everything else....posts, joists, etc being wood also.

Properly cared for and stained, wood should last a great many years.
