Bunch O Questions about towing with a "new" truck

For running around town and pulling small liads occasionally the 4.6 will do just fine. I still would not put much of a camper behind one. The truck itself is tough as nails.

I had a couple of late 90's F150s with 4.6. As has already been noted, you're not going to pull much with it. I had trouble on some fair sized but not major hills pulling a 20' Rinker cuddy. All F150s I had after that were 5.4.
