Now I'm wishing that I had taken some pictures! Not wire, not mesh, but red plastic baling twine. Yards and yards of the stuff. I filled two large trash bags, have another bag to fill. Some pieces are over 50' in length.

Yes, a Ratchet Rake sure would've been handy! We used a hand rake, gloves, scissors, a Husqvarna trimmer and a push mower. Slow going, but I think we have gotten rid of all that baling twine.

Is it hilly It could be some type of erosion control?? most likely net wrap a round bale w/ net wrap cut wrap unroll bale= erosion control
