Saturday was such a nice day out I decided to cut a couple of cord of wood to top off the woodshed. I cut and split 2 cord of wood. Took 2 trips to the woodshed. The last stacked 5 feet high and 8' 6" long in the shed. I had more room on the "Bota" to stack some more. My wood averages 20" to 22"long and is Oak and Ash so it's heavy. Take a look. . . .This machine is great and also I just filled the tank this afternoon, went 36 hours on 6 gal. of diesel. Most of the time the machine is working, play time is very little. . . John

Since my dad passed last April, I have no one to help me. My wife tries, but she has Alzheimers, best she can do sometimes is run the splitter on good days but, there getting fewer and farther between. The Picture on my Avatar is my dad hauling trailors for me. Sure do miss him. Its alot tougher now. . . John

A full cord of firewood is 4-foot high, 4-foot wide-8-foot wide. The typical full size pickup truck bed will hold i/2 cord at bed level. Some parts of the Country call a face cord or lumber yard cord a cord of wood , but in reality, it is only 1/2cord of wood. You most definitely worked extremely fast to accomplished all this: cutting, splitting and stacking 2-two cords of wood in that short length of time. The logs must have already been laid out ready for cutting. I tip my hat to you, by accomplishing this feat.

My Dad

My dad cut with me every single weekend. He has been gone four years now. I lost my cutting buddy. I sure do miss him also.
