I have a bush hog ztr mower that i bought awhile back and it cuts uneven. I changed the blades cause they needed it and was hoping it would fix the problem but the blades werent bent so that didnt do it. Anyway I have tried to figure out how to level the deck but cant figure it out. One of the chains on deck is loose and I cant find out how to fix this, looks like this might be the problem. Can anyone tell me how to go about getting the deck level and cutting nice. By the way the bearings are tight in the spindles and they dont appear bent so hopefully its in the leveling. Thanks in advance for the help.

Go to >> the correct manual.
1. Set all tire pressures to the correct specifications.
2. Place machine on a level slab of concrete.
3. Depress the deck lift pedal raising the deck to
the full lift height position and move the height
adjustment pin to the 4.25” position.
4. Take all the force off the two deck lift springs by
loosening the nuts at the front of each spring.
5. Place a level on the deck, from front to rear. If
the level is too short to reach all the way from
front to rear, lay a straight edge on the deck first,
then place the level on the straight edge.
6. Lay a .125” spacer beneath the front of the level.
7. Adjust nuts until the level’s bubble is centered.
Repeat for the other side of the deck. Additional
adjustments may be made by loosening the
upper chain fasteners and moving the fasteners
in the provided slot.
