I'll try to get some this weekend. The ol' digital camera bit the dust, so I'll pop some film in the 35mm or use my camcorder camera feature.

Close to gettin' pics... My digital camera died and all pics are on film and they'll be developed in the next couple of days.

Got all the waterline in the ground, 500' and let me tell ya the little 'Bota with FEL and box blade makes covering a breeze.
90% of the plumbing is connected, I just need a couple of connectors and have a couple little drainage areas needing a bit of attention, eventually.

Lots of final grading is needed after all the utility ditches were dug but a day on the 'Bota and a hand hand rake will do wonders.
Working on the wiring. The pole is set with wire, mast pipe meter base etc and hope to have wired to the home today baring rain and hopefully inspected and turned on this week.
Those 8' ground rods are a pain in the butt, back, hands, shoulders etc.... The first wasn't bad I stuck it in the pole's hole and hammered it down another 2 foot (the pole is 6' deep). The second is in the underground ditch and I need about 6-8 inches deeper but now it's bending so I think I'm on rock.

All is going pretty good now. We are now married. We live in our home. We are decorating daily, er she is, I just put things together.

Outside. Still landscaping. Been box blading the drainage around the back side and i like what I'm seeing, but this weekend it's tater plow time to get this one stubborn high spot in the ditch down to have it drain instead of sitting there.

We are gonna get a few loads of fill dirt and top soil for a few areas. We want to fix a spot for a play area and a the top soil to help fill in some spots and even up the grade in some isolated areas.

I'll be adding steps to the deck/porch this weekend and start the back deck/porch ASAP (or get tared and feathered).

Pics are a coming. Got roll ready to develop.

Pics a coming.... really they are.

21 bags of Quicrete (sp) later, the sidewalk is poured (Mama's happy, the days of tracking mud is over).

Still needing grass...

Sounds like a great place. If you don't mind me asking what is the price range of a unit the size you purchased? Reason I am asking is because we are looking at options for a "weekend" house at our farm and we have been talking about looking into modular homes.

We were ready to buy new and actually put down some money and on the drive home the lot called and said they couldn't make the deal.... I was REALLY UPSET... now, it's a blessing they lost the deal...we even found the same home at another dealer with more upgrades for a lower price... In the end we chose a pre owned home.

New Homes. We were looking in the $40,000-$45,000 price range on 16X80s. We ended up finding a 2003 16X80 for under $25,000.
