Try this picture courtesy of Country Sawyer (hope I spelled that right)

It's County Sawyer, but that's OK as it's in the country as well. I couldn't remember where I posted that info so that's why I didn't respond.

Thanks Steve.

I was told by a dealer that the KL130 is not being issued a repair program.    Just the KL120 at this time.
The new design looks great....Bought a year to early I guess.

I heard Kioti was just waiting for the new KL130 update kits to 'arrive', not that the KL130's were being excluded from the program.

Hey guys, correct me please if I'm wrong, but are not the cracks only cosmetic in nature? True I know that you've shelled out big $$$ for a new tractor and kit,but is there something unsafe about these cracked loaders? Outside of a bit of an eyesore, what's the big hub-bub all about? Are there any inherent troubles or problems tied to these cracks,or the brand in particular?

I'll bet you my old loader that the new design is a lot more rigid and less flexible than the old design.

Well, that is certainly Kioti's party line. However, if cracks appear as a result of use and continue to extend with further use, it seems to me that is more than "cosmetic". Cosmetic to me is when the paint blisters or when nonstructural plastic bits fail. A loader is a lifting tool which means that the "cosmetic" appellation is a bit like saying that a few small holes in the space shuttles wing are just cosmetic. Maybe that is an exaggerated analogy;) but the point is that one shouldn't assume that small faults in critical equipment cannot lead to failures.

The cracks in my loader extended by about 3/8 inch over 40hrs tractor time use not all of which involved the FEL. Eventually, should the cracks continue to expand, they will have an impact on the structural integrity of the torque tube. What nobody knows is whether that would simply stop the loader from working properly or if there might be some of catastrophic failure that resulted in sudden shifting of a heavy load while traveling for example.

Any word if they may change out the loader arms, I have a CK20 with loader, never used the loader and it sure would be nice if Kioti offered to simply trade the old for new, its not "is the crack structural", any metal that cracks under load is structural failure,
