Buying our first tractor. Its a JD 4310 4wd, I match, 430 loader, mx5 cutter, bucket leveler, pwr rev tran, Ballast box. $20350.00. Is this a good price? /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Here is a web site you can do some comparison pricing with. As a rule, the bottom price near cost is about retail minus 25% for tractors and retail minus 15% for implements. Good luck on the tractor hunt! /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

I got a price of 18K for a 4310 w/Power Reverser trans, 4wd, 430 loader, MX-5 and R1 tires...I know the R4 tires are more and so is Hydro...which tranny did you price out?

chief im going hunting today. last day for 900 in rebates. thanks for the info its helped alot. stopped at a couple more dealers on saturday and got even lower. faxed requests to 3 more in the area. hope i get a trophy to mount today. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
