Does it come with a BH & FEL for that amount?..how many hours and condition?

Can't give much input on the price..Looks kind of like a new one of a similar size runs around 28K, but I'm not sure.
The B is a nice machine, a step up from the BX in terms of size.
You won't be able to mow over trees of any significant size, but you can work on the stumps with the BH. Pond maintenance, depending on the grade, should be a go as well.
You'll like it. My BX is set up in a similar way, except I have a MMM as well. Paid almost 20K in 2004 for mine. So make of that what you will.
They are very durable and have very few issues. DIY maintenance is nice too.

I've had the B21 now for 8 years and its a tough machine - my uses on 6 Ac are building rock walls, doing landscaping, digging out trees/stumps, trenching, hauling and grading. In the winter I have the rear blade for snow.
It has its limits especially stumping in rocky soil, I have learned to get a proper excacator to do that for anything over 12-14" -sure it will dig a 3' stump - it just takes time. I regularly push over 4-5" black birch or pines with no issue with the FEL when I want to clear a path/trail.
It goes though the woods great - its size is easy to manuever around and it has a full steel plate under the tractor preventing limbs and other things catchiing.
Overall for the size it's lifting and digging strength exceed that of larger units, and the frame and overall construction is commercial grade.
Price you have is maybe a tad high - new they were $25K range. As John Thomas points out Barlows has the B26 with 229 hrs for $24,500.. thats a step up from the B21. Then the 2710 HST is a nice unit but slightly different in design than the B21/26 machines.

Would the 500 hours vs 5hrs with new warranty and 0% 42 months financing put them in the same league or close? In my calculation, money wise they are not in the same league and hours of service already done to one also has them in a different league. Just my opinion from the customer side and not the selling competeter side.

I think the B21 is built a lot heavier, John....almost construction grade. Nothing wrong with a B2710, but the B21 was made to take some abuse.
Doesn't sound like you're planning any field work, traildog, but be advised that the small tires on a B will give you a bumpy ride on rough ground. This may not bother you, but I found small bush-hogging jobs with the B7610 to be a trial. Had to go slow to keep from being tossed all over the place. Concluded that field type work is best left to larger machines. If your back is bad, you may agree.

I don't really know the difference between the B model with the made to attach BH vs the comes with BH like a B21 vs B3200/B3030. My understanding is the frame from front to back is heavier or reinforced on the comes from factory with BH. Not sure how much heavier/sturdier. My point is the value of a nearly as heavy duty??? new machine with full factory warranty and with 0% 42 months financing vs a pay cash/get regular financing heavier duty framed machine with no warranty and 500 hard? 500 easy? hours. I usually buy new so my preferences are obvious
and I can't forget the words of wisdom a tractor man with years of experience told me before I bought my first tractor...."You don't want a used tractor" is what he said and then he walked away. Now I've returned to the fold 7 well cared for Kubotas and I wouldn't be afraid of them but I know their life history. I don't know if someone like my brother owned the other ones. My brother can tear up a steel ball and he always services his stuff on schedule if it's still working at that time. I don't think they would be as far apart as (B21)Apples vs (B2710)Oranges but I could be wrong and I have been before and will be again. I'm seeing maybe a sealed black plastic bag that states 100 apples vs a web net bag stating 50 visible ripe oranges.I wont be doing any field work...All cleaning timber,backhoe and loader work.I finally got my rental dropped off before dark.They actually paid a customer drop it off.So lazy.I def wont be buying from them...The guy that dropped it said go with kioti.And he also recommended a dealer I went to few weeks back.Was leary of the hour drive for parts.But really not bad.Really liked the b21 but not sure if I should just go with new..But cant afford the 600 dollar payment on the l48 thats in my town forsale ...My local dealer stock sucks.Asked for a b26 and he couldnt get one..lol

You seem to be actively looking but unsure of what to get.. The L48 is a lot more tractor than the B21, and the Kioti are good units but I dont think they have a dedicated TLB line similar to the B21/L39/L48 of Kubota.
You might want to see if your local guy will let you rent/test the B21 for a weekend so you can do some trial runs, then visit the Kioti dealer as well to start to narrow your selection.
Also, if you have a location put it in your profile as there are probably TBN members in your neck of the woods that can offer suggestions and dealers etc.
Bottom line if you are spending $20K+- you should consider all your options - new/used as the finance side of things 0% on new.

As I stated the only tlb close to me is an l48.The dealer couldnt get me a b26.Go figure.I was sure I was buying the used b21. Well the rental I got is a ct235 not ct 335 as I was told.I like certain things.But hate the backhow mount being so far out and the frame work gets caught up to ease in snow.The backhoe wont even lift the rear of the tractor off the ground.The b21 would lift it up and set it down to the side.Great if you get stuck.This thing is not something id buy.....Kioti does have a tlb but never heard good or bads about it...So far ive only had a kioti dealer offer for me to even drive one.I think the guy with the b21 has so much money he could careless who buys a tractor.Does have great selection though.And all nice units.

Have you considered an L39? It would do the jobs you anticipate better than a B26 and can be found used at a decent price. That model is quite versatile and has 50% more power. It has the ground clearance for keeping the undercarriage out of the snow. Getting it into a garage would be an issue.
As an example of the price, two are listed here on TBN for $24K to $25K. They would go for cheaper with a little bargaining.
Nothing against the B26. It is a great little machine also.

Considering the condition and hours it seems a reasonable price.
I recently got my '91 B20 w/ 750hrs for about half of your price, but I'm
going to have to spend some more to get the PTO fixed.
Another consideration is that you may find a unit at a better price
somewhere else, but how much will it cost you to get it home?
Where the thing is is definitely a cost factor.
