Buying & Mixing Cement

Having spent more time than I care to remember mixing concrete, I have to say I don't care what the book says, when you are making more than a single batch, PUT THE WATER IN FIRST! Put in half of the water you will need, then put in the cement and then the agrigate, then add sand and sufficient additional water to get the consistancy you want.
