WHOA... ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE AT ALL!!! I invite you to come test out my 3525... you'll have your eyes opened at what you can do with "only" 2WD.

It is true that a 4WD will have more traction than a 2WD, but the above statement makes it sound as if a 2WD with a loader is just absolutely helpless and incapable of doing anything... Which is flat out wrong.

Amen. Man am I glad no one told my 25 yr old IH 784 that it was a useless fel tractor because of no 4x4. All these years I would have been lost to all the digging, hauling, loading, snow moving that I have done. ;) You'll be surprised what can be done with a 2 wheel drive with loaded rears. I have lifted and loaded pit run gravel from a river bed into a gravel truck many times, filling the 6 ft. bucket to the max and then backing out of the hole to then dump the bucket into the truck. Mind you this is a full utility tractor weighing 7000+ lbs and not some smaller lightweight compact

It has been a great tractor and while there is much to be said about 4x4 (I have actually owned a couple of bigger ones and am now close to buying a 30-35 hp 4x4), don't sell 2 wheel drive tractors short. :)
