If you sit down and crunch numbers with the dealer, you will find that 0% financing will still cost more than cash outright. There are various charges associated with starting up a loan that they will include ranging from initiation fees to credit checks to trying to convince you that you need to insure the tractor with them for the period of the loan. (Homeowners insurance will more than cover the cost of the tractor if your place burns or something.)
Ask them to write up the deal showing you the bottom line both ways, including all applicable charges, taxes, fees, gratuities, or what have you until the thing is paid for. Cash will probably be a couple hundred cheaper.
