Buying parts from Kubota Corp.

Hi, I have been waiting for a steel pin for my backhoe that has broke and it's now 3 months and still waiting. Why is it taking so long?

Have you kept in touch with your dealer? Sometimes if something is backordered, it can get lost in the shuffle so to speak, either at the dealer level or at Kubota. If your dealer just ordered it and forgot about it, it could have gotten kicked out of the system(good ol' computers /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif)by Kubota and no one noticed. We have had this happen a few times, some glitch in the system, never hurts to check.

Hi, I work for this Kubota dealer and the owner is also having problems getting parts from Kubota.

If you work for a Kubota dealer you most likely have a better idea than any of us would as to why it is taking so long. There have been record sales this year for all the majors so I would guess that has a great deal to do with the back log. Good luck.
