I have a BX-1500 with a loader and a Woods RBC60 blade (with rubber horse mat) and had a number of snow storms to use it on last winter. My driveway is about 180 feet long, double wide, tarred, and uphill. I never felt any need for for any wheel weights or chains on my turf tires. For my length driveway, going in reverse to plow is not a problem, especially with the design of the reverse location on the hydro pedal, which allows one to turn around alot easier than stretching your right leg to push a reverse with a twin pedal location. I would miss having the loader if I only had a front blade, and Kubota's blade is very expensive compared to a John Deere setup when I was pricing tractors.
