I have a fix. If we all start to notify a little know agency in Washington DC called the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Did you know that it takes as little as 3 or 4 complaints in a month for them to open an investigation and 10 complaints in 6 months can start a full blown investigation that can result in a recall depending on the severety of the defect and the product? This is what I have been told. Today sticking your head into the sand about a safety related issue on a motorized vehicle can be a very dangerous thing. There is a whole industry that makes its living just waiting to capitalize on injuries as a result of manufactures ignoring safety issues. I don't particularly care for that industry, but I do know why they exist and understand how they came about. Kubota ought to also. The air filter bracket isn't a safety issue, but the sticking pedal is. That should be fixed and owners should be notified. Failure to do anything less could be considered criminal if someone were to be severely injured or killed and they know about a defect and don't do anything about it. I am not an attorney, but I used to play one on television. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
