Thanks to all for the information. I'll post the prices I receive.
The earliest BX's had a geometry problem with the top link. I bent mine just by putting a 150lb. counterweight on. It was replaced under a service bulletin in 2001. I wonder if the bent ones being seen now are on newer tractors or on older ones that did not have the update?

I have the KK 5' back blade it works perfectly fine on my BX. All you need to do is face the pins in and off you go! Hope this helps.

Pemad, I don't see how you could face the pins in on a KK back blade. The ones I looked at have a frame closed across where the pins are. So it's kind of a triangle frame (the pins on two of the corners and the third is where it connects to the main frame. It was not built like the XB series. Maybe yours is an XB?

I have the BX 2200 myself. When I was looking for a box scraper, my tractor dealer recomended a blade that was no more than 48" in width. He said that a larger one would be to big a load on the tractor. I ended up purchasing a 48" KK for it. Works like a charm.

Ray, are you speaking of a box blade or rear blade?
Yes, if I were to get a box blade I would go with a 48" and I may be looking at those as well. Do you have a KK box blade? What do you use it for?

But the back blade, according to other past post, could be a 60". Even the KK XB version is a 60". The problem with KK back blade is can you spread the 3 pt. wide enough.

I have the KK box blade. I have a 450 ft. gravel driveway that I use it for leveling every so often. I did use it for some pre landskaping work last yr. also.

No I do not think my KK BB is an XB. As you can see in the attached picture I have the pins facing in and they work fine this way with the BX2200.

The next time you have the blade on - I wonder if you would do me a favor and measure how far you can lift the blade with the 3 point hitch. Thanks.
