I have the same clearance issues Scrounger mentioned with different gaps at the tires and the hard to spin anti scalp wheel, but when lowered everything is in spec. I spin the anti scalp wheel with a large adjustable wrench attached right behind the wheel where there is a square section on the upright rod. This pushes the plastic wheel into the tire enough to make the pin of which I'd like to find a safe substitute for. The " key fob " type pin retainer rings suck, theyr'e a pain in the middle finger. I'd like to loose them on the upper 3 piont arm attach pins also.
