BX 24 will not go up a hill with a loaded bucket

you have to be in low range
throttle way above idle
bucket off the ground
pedal pushed down 100%

pedal pushed down 100% --> Uhhh, yeah, not this one. The go pedal all the way down just put you in a higher gear. More power/torque with less pedal.

I have an interesting problem.

I have a 2006 BX 24 with about 500 hours of operation

The tractor will not go up an incline with a full bucket of dirt. However, I can back up the same incline with a full bucket (I have to put the tractor in 4wd mode to do this).

The hydraulic fluid is fine

Any ideas of what is wrong and what the repair costs might be?

Yup as my friend posted when the fuel tank was full o had more power. Then as I hit the half way mark I couldnt go up hill toward bit could go backwards and I couldnt run tractor with less the quarter tank. On the injector pump there is a bypass to bleed the pump if you run out which dumps all the fuel into the tank over 2 3 psi mine runs full power with 5 psi. Once the valve is closed all the fuel is then allowed to be pumped into the injectors. The reason why you can drive backwards not forward is the bypass is in front of the tank the fuel puts pressure on the bypass hose once you go up hit the fuel comes away from the line which creates less line pressure go backwards more fuel against the line more pressure more power. Follow your fuel system lines you'll find a bypass
