bx 24 ?

I currantly have a bx 24 with a pin on thunb and full skid plates, a ripper tooth to replace the hoe bucket { good for stumps}I want a biggere tractor not really a hourse power thing just not enough weight to do what i want , pallets about 4 to 500 pounds, I think a l 3400 would do the trick? the trade in on my bx is only 11500 whats the deal with that? I don't think that anyone could find what I have for 11500, so should I ebay it for 13500?

When I sold my BX22, I did better by selling it myself. It's a pain in some ways, but mine went quickly, and I got 20% more for it that way. Trouble is, now I have to go through the whole tractor justification process again. The low, or 0 precent financing on the new ones makes it harder to get a good price on the used ones in trade. These days, many folks are more concerned about the payment, than the price.

I did find a huge difference in what different dealers would give me for mine. Between Kubota dealers there was over $1500.00 difference, so you might want to try other places. Best of luck!

As long as the hours are not to high and it is in good condition I think $13500 on Craigslist will sell it fast. I have seen BX23's sell for that in Connecticut. I would definately sell it yourself.

A dealer in NH recently sold 2 BX24's with about 135+/-hrs for $13,900 each so you shouldn't have much trouble. Don't know where you are in ME but have you tried Wescotts in Gorham?
