OK,

Went through everything and just ordered all the parts, $250 yikes.

I was thinking of ordering a new belt as this one has been exposed to alot of heat, but at $100+ for a belt, I'll wait.

According to the schematic my serial # calls for K5673-34710, and much later serial numbers call for K5673-34712.

Well, K5673-34710 at $70 has been replaced with K5673-34712 at $100+.

Thought the price would go down, not up by 50%.

The bolts came loose and damaged the pulleys. It was under the boss, so I couldn't see the damage to the pulleys. I just kept and tightening and replacing bolts when they came loose. The plastic covers/shield just allow you to see the top nut and grease fitting. I couldn't really see the vibration caused by the play in the pulleys unless I took the shields off. When I took them off to see what was going on, I knew I was in trouble.

The rebuild was pretty easy.

Thanks asylum, this is good stuff to be aware of...sorry you had to learn the hard way. Seems unfair those parts cost you that much.
