I placed an order on may 5 and other than the automated confirmation of the order they havnt responded to phone calls (no recording)or emails. Hope all is well and they didnt go under.

This is what I got from their site:
"Please Read!
We are in the process of relocating and new orders on most items may experience a delay of up to 2 weeks. We are still taking orders and open for business. Thank you for your patience, we will soon be back up and running more efficiently than ever."
Sounds like they are just moving!

I received their tooth bar, for my 72" bucket a few weeks ago.
I did call about 3 weeks after I had ordered, and they told me it would be shipped out by a certain day, I told them I wasn't worried, was just checking on it.
She did tell me, that they were "slammed" with back up orders due to relocating, but were gradually getting g caught up.
.. it shipped the day they said it would, was installed in less than 30 minutes, and will probably never be off the bucket. It works that well for what I wanted it for.

BXpanded has moved operations to Knoxville, Tennessee.
BXpanded needed room to grow and a move to a larger facility was inevitable. Although my wife and I have lived elsewhere for many years, Knoxville is still home to our families. We have many relatives and lifelong friends in Knoxville. We decided that if the move had to be made, it would be best to make it to the area where we could enjoy and support our family.
The move is complete and we are running full production. Moving the equipment and setting up the new facility obviously caused some production stoppage and delays. Unfortunately, due to factors we could not control, the move had to happen at a very busy time for us. We are working very hard to catch up the resulting backlog.
We are happy to be in the new facility and look forward to the new capabilities we'll be able to add. We have lots of new products in the works and will start to introduce them soon.
We genuinely appreciate all our friends and customers and certainly thank all of you for your patience and continued support.

I went to the new factory today. I ordered a tooth bar for my CK27. Will take a week to get it made and i will pickup next week as i live close to Knoxville. They are up and running !! Said they are a week behind but gaining ground....
