- Kubota BX 2360
My BX 2360 started spraying oil out of a cracked hard line during my weekend dirt moving project. The parts guide calls the line "pipe, delivery 3P." The tractor is still under warranty and the dealer said there is a service bulletin and new part. Old line just had two flares nuts to tighten, but the bulletin says 1.5 hours labor. I have asked the dealer to send me the parts, because the only chance I have to trailer it over to the dealer is Saturday. I really don't want to be without my tractor for two weeks when I have a pile of gravel to move.
Has anyone else replaced this line? Can't figure out how the new part can be that different that the replacement is 1 1/2 hour job. I don't have a problem spending the time, but I don't want to get into a complicated replacement while it is still under warranty.
