Schultz, the BX parts you need are, all prices are Kubota MSRP;
BX7322 valve kit rear remote $285
BX7323 hose kit w/ loader $175
or
BX7324 hose kit wo/ loader $175
Second valve
BL7343 two spool stacking kit $24
BL7373 detent valve w/ couplers $218
or
BL7393 Float detent valve w/c $246
I am still not sure which way I am going with this, I may piece a kit together?

I wouldn't waste my time or money on any cylinder that I have to modify unless it has the double pilot operated check valves. The valves have been field proven to work. But then again, it's your money and your time. Do it right the first time.

Thanks for all the info, didn't mean to high-jack your thread.

Madref, Sounds to me like that's what he's trying to do ... unless I missed something, seems like you have claimed that CCM is the only source for double pilots now and, they don't have one nearly short enough. Any clarification on this point would be greatly appreciated ...

It's unfortunate but unless I am mistaken, that is currently the case. The only alternative is to live with the leakdown that will eventually occur. To some that may be acceptable, to others it might not be. Life is full of choices. Choose wisely but don't complain afterwards if your choice was not correct. Didn't Confucious say that? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

An update on my lack of progress, I called CCM and they are out of 16" cyl's w/checks until spring, he is thinking about getting 14" cyl's w/checks but he only gets requests from BX owners and I think he said TC20. He would have to order large quanities of each size to pass on a good price to us, and he does not want to get stuck with a lot of 14" that he can't sell (I don't blame him for that) so it's up in the air for now. Gearmore sells a 14" without checks for (to much) Integrated Engineering will custom make a 14" with checks for ($280) and Sweetfarms has a 20-1/2" with checks no shorter. Is anyone doing business with IE now and how is your experience going? I may just wait on CCM to see what he does.

Buyer beware with Integrated Engineering. There have been several posts within the past 6 months complaining about lack of or no service and no product being shipped after payment. Do yourself a favor and search for the posts and make your own opinion.

As for Gearmore, their cylinders have a history of leaking down very fast. Kubota uses them too so buyer beware.
