I have to defend the hose clamp a little.
The intention was for a person with minimal knowledge and tools to be able to install it. Plus make as little modifcation to the loader as possible so if someone did something stupid and say drilled 1/2 inch holes in the loader arm and then broke or bent the loader arm they wouldn't blame American solutions.
Anyway It looks nice, good job, I need to get one of them things on mine.

The paint used was Tisco Tractor and Implement Enamel. The color is Kubota Orange II. It is a very close match to the actual Kubota Orange II. My dealer, for some reason, does not carry quarts of the actual Kubota Orange II. The price, though, was the same for the Tisco quart as it would have been for the Kubota brand. I should have bought a gallon, as the gallon was only twice as much as the quart.

As for the ball joint mounting hole, I had to drill the 1/2" hole myself. If the hole was already there, the install would have probably only taken 3 minutes!

I agree with the "hose clamp" fastening of the bracket, and I understand not everyone has a welder hanging around. As I agree with Berniep, this is a great way to get the bracket attached quickly, with no modification to the loader arm itself.
