BX mower deck won't raise all the way up

I have a BX2230 that i have an issue with. The mower deck will come up about half the distance to the stop, and that's it. Then, if I release the lift lever and try again, I will gain half the distance again. One more try and it will be all the way up. The 3 point hitch seems to be fine in raising. Hydro oil is full. Any thoughts? Thanks

Try it again at 2300 RPM. My BX2370 lifts very slow at idle.

I have a 2230 2004 purchase. Could be a stick underneath. Direct interference. Also try adjusting your height knob to TOP after putting deck all the way down, see if that helps, the adjustment knob pawls (notches) could be worn to not catch the knob. Look under there with someone raising and lowering it s-l-o-w-l-y. You may have to remove the mower deck to get a better view.

You might have lost a clevis pin causing the linkage to be uneven.

Thanks. I looked and I do have both lower pins in yet. I did raise the rpms and it did not solve the problem. Somehow i feel it's tied into the right side linkage with the double nuts that sets the max deck height, but not sure.
