I have to agree 100% with glennmac when it comes to local dealers vs online dealers when it comes to price matching asn such. I found that my BX1800 with 60" deck was actualy cheaper to purchase off my local dealer with tax included, rather than incure shipping charges that more often than not are higher than what you would pay local, not to mention the ease of service. My local dealer will pick up and deliver my unit free for service work, if you buy out of town you have to get it to and from a dealer on your own or pay for it.

It is nice to deal locally, but at the same time walk in with any and all out-of-town quotes. I like being a good community citizen, but only to a point. (There is a line between community citizen and corporate welfare). Whenever I have acquired such quotes, my local supplier/dealer has met it. It's a win-win situation (they get the sale, I get the lowest price).
