1*All on the 2.33 acres.
2*Things were let go here for 30 years because I couldn't afford a tractor to maintain the place with.
I didn't have the money to hire stuff done either.
Believe me things can really go down hill in 30 years of neglect.
The backlog accumulation was tremendous when I got the BX23 back in 2004.
In reality the 950 hours I put on the BX23 is but a drop in a bucket compared to the 262,800 hours that the property suffered from neglect; so no I haven't covered it all as there is still much catching up left to do.

I couldn't get back on line to view the thread or do any editing .
This and the other post above it are not what I had tried to post as my orginal post never got posted.

Please don't take it wrong...I really make this request with the greatest of all sincerity...I'd LOVE to see what 2 acres with over 1,000 tractor hours devoted to it looks like. I promise, I don't mean that with any mal-intent. I know what 180 hours looks like, and it looks pretty darn good, except for a few weeds because I didn't put a pre-emergent down this spring...
