BX1500 Deck leveling

I finally removed the FEL and mounted the 54" deck on my BX1500 last night. It was not a perfectly level spot and I was wondering how much affect that would have on the deck being level. All went well but when I pulled it into the garage I noticed there was about a 2" difference between the height of the right side vs the left. It's over a year old and I have had the deck off before but before I start adjusting the linkage, I wondered if anyone had any suggestions. I do plan to lower it in the garage tonight and reconnect everything but if that doesn't work should adjusting the lift arms take care of it. Any thoughts or precautions??

If you are off by 2" I would guess one pin is not seated properly. The manual details the adjusment procedure but if it was right in the past it may just be a mounting issue.
