FEL bucket not level (Horizontally)

/ FEL bucket not level (Horizontally) #21
I put a 4' level on it.. noting the bubble positions. With the bucket lowered (on ground).. they are very close. When the bucket is raised, it goes out of level noticeably at the top pivot point nearest to operators platform. This is where it pivots on the frame bracket. One side moves higher, the bubble level is noticeably changed, and would explain the difference I am seeing. The bolts appear to be snug, I torqued them a while back with no movement noted... but maybe my torque wrench isn't up to snuff.
I'm going to try to observe any movement visually on that frame bracket when the bucket is raised.
Ok, so it's on one side, I would now look closely at
Blue-frame mount, Green-lower pin, Purple-cylinder mount,
White-locking pin and Maroon-Upper pin (pivot)
Sometimes the frame mount and lower pin don't get engaged correctly and sometimes the locking pin isn't really locked. Let's look for the easy stuff first

I have a CS2220. The loader bucket, in my opinion, is too low on the right side. On a level concrete floor the right side hits first. With pallet forks installed the same is true. The dealer said that Kioti said the measurement was within tolerances. I do not know what measurement was sent to Kioti. I also have a Mahindra 1126 that has the same problem, I have not bothered the dealer about it.

my measurement with just my eye is close to 2 inches lower on the right.

This makes finish dirt work impossible. It makes pallet work hard to do.

I am going to do what Coyote_CS2220 suggested. I am going to get a laser level and tripod.

The FEL being off-level is not a problem I have experience on my CS2220.

The only FEL issue I would quibble over is the slow loss of hydraulic fluid back thru the valves if I park it for a bit (engine on or off) (loaded or unloaded). Due to the length of pallet forks it is more observable, but less so with the bucket attachment.

I have learned (or perhaps been trained) to just adjust the lift occasionally to compensate for the drop.

Zombieda,
I have a bent right loader arm on my ck35.
If you raise the loader arms to full extension does one arm reach the end of travel before the other?
Not sure... I will check this next operation!

My bucket is about 1" low on the right side.
When lifting to full extension one cylinder will stop and the right one will travel maybe 1/8" more to reach full extension. Hard to see, stare at the high side and you will see the low side move in your peripheral.

Is this something you care about? that is... is it even worth looking at fixing?
I'm on the fence on this. If I take it up with the dealer, its going to cost me to truck it into them to assess it Then it will be whether they say its a mfg/ setup issue issue, or something I did. Right now, its just bugs me to look at, but hasn't affected any work I do.

I have lived with it for 12 years. My property is very undulating and far from level, and it is only an inconvenience on level ground. As others have stated it will effect pallet fork work and fine bucket grading.
It still bugs me everytime I back out of the garage and the bucket is not parallel with the brush guard.

A simple digital angle gauge provides an excellent reference point to check assemblies and is useful for a variety of tasks. I use one for setting saw blades on the table saw and drill bits on the drill press. It's super handy as nothing needs to actually be level to make measurements and adjustments. Just push the button to set a zero point on one piece and reference everything else from that.

Here's one on Rocklers woodworking site but they have plenty on Amazon as well. Wixey Angle Gauge
