BX1500 front axle problem

Having problem with front axle housing leaking oil from pivot replaced o rings and backer washers but still leaks,it does not leak that much and only when in use would be thankful for any help on this problem. Jim

Make sure you did not overfill the axle housing.

Your case could be a hair line crack in the axle housing itself, this problem is very hard to detect. It happens to me with my BX23 for over two years before I had it and demanded attention and my dealer found the hair line crack, and the whole axle housing was replaced.
