Where does the temperature gauge normally run on your BX1500 while mowing? Mine runs right at the very bottom of the normal range. If it’s a hundred degrees outside it might run 1/8" to 1/4" up from the very bottom of the normal range.

That is what most <font color="orange"> Kubota’s </font> temp gauges read.

When the needle starts to move up it usually means the screen and radiator needs to be cleaned of dirt.

Agreed! They don't seem to get much action on the gauge. I get about an 1/8" deflection difference from busting its butt, to idleing with the hood open.
