Is $7,500 a fair price for a BX1800 with 200 hours and a rotary cutter? Are there any other offers I should consider making given we don't need the rotary cutter and would rather have a front loader and mower? Thanks!

Green: Adding the loader and MMM from the dealership can be expensive. I think the loader is 1.6k and the mower 1.0k so you will quickly get close to 10k. total That is if the tractor is plumbed for the Loader. If you need to add these tid bits there's some more $$. Basically you will be not getting any deprecation from buying the loader and MMM used. If you have no use for the rotary cutter it will just be a lawn ornament. I bought a BX2660 135 hours with a MMM for 7500 used from a dealership and I thought that was a good deal. So $7500 for the BX1800 is not an especially great deal.
My advice would be to continue looking until you find a used tractor that has everything you need as a package
I have been shopping with Barlows for a new BX2670 and they seem to be giving me a real good deal. I live quite a distance from them and understand that they will deliver nationwide. You may want to contact Brady for a quote on a new machine. Also Kubota is currently offering a rebate and zero percent on a new BX model. If you want a used machine, I also understand that they (Barlows) have an outstanding inventory.
