The o rings are leaking on the front diff housing where it attaches to the frame. (the diff housing attaches by means of a single bolt thru the front frame) I've looked at the parts manual and found the bushings and o rings for the housing, but I have a question for someone who has a service manual. Is there a bushing that goes into the front frame where the bolt protrudes? (where the nut and cotter pin attach to the bolt end) The reason I ask is there seems to be a little play/slop in the frame hole where the bolt comes thru and the nut and cotter pin attach. I have the front diff removed and I can see what looks like a bushing, but I hesitate to go any further unless I know for sure. I'm going to order a shop manual on Monday from the dealer, but was just wondering if anyone had one and could look and see if it tells anything about a bushing.

A cut and paste from a BX23 WSM on the front axle.
Looks like it makes mention of a bushing (called a bush).
Good luck

Thank you very much for the diagram. I can't wait to get my own copy of the WSM from the dealer.
