BX22 Limitations?

Where did you get your Bota from?

I got my toothbar from www.carverequipment.com, $289 deliver in Sept 02,it is a WR Long, bolt on type, works great.

I got my BX from Powerco in Clinton, NJ. I wanted to go with a fairly local dealer just in case I have any issues.

Powerco is just over the hill from me, BUT I did not by from them. U are going to love the BX.

The toothbar connects with two bolts, takes about 5 mins to put onto the FEL. If you are doing any digging with the FEL it is a must.

The blocks are made by a company called Soil Retention Products. They have a website. I don't know what the extent of their distribution. I bought them through Home Depot. They make a good retaining wall. They have several sizes. Check them out.. www.soilretention.com Good luck, Gary

I bought it with the tractor. I drilled my own two holes and can take it off and on in a couple minutes. When you need it, you need it. digging without it is difficult. Get the bolt on tooth bar.

I mentioned dynamite and the wife said no way...... After 23 years of commuting to Alaska I am used to it. Could not take an 8 to 5 job and fight the daily traffic.

Thanks Gary. With the advise from NY_Yankees_Fan I purchased a WR Long bolt on from Carver equipment. Funny how I seem to be acquiring all this stuff and I still don't have my tractor. It's due in the 1st week of Aug. The wait is killing me, it will be 2 months on Aug 5.

I was real lucky I jumped when I did or I would be waiting also. It is just a great little tractor for guys with small places and jobs too big to do by hand. Won't be long now, good luck, Gary
