BX220 removing FEL - Now the deck will not lift??

Probably found out the hose looked like it was connected but wasn't. I was embarrassed the first time I did this.

The older BX tractors had problems with the quick disconnects, where they would pop off, even though they were completely seated properly when installed. I have never been able to get an explanation as to why this happens. On more than one occasion, I found my hydraulics not working properly, and would have to hunt to find which disconnect had popped loose. The disconnects were manufactured by Parker, and I believe that it had a design flaw, that they don't want to admit to.
Thanks for the information. I was installing the hose as in post #5..Looped.. Needing to mow I had to put the FEL back on.. The season ended the Kubota went to sleep in the Garage. Now that Spring is here... I would love to mow without the Bouncing of the FEL.. I am sure it is hard on the Front end..
I tried with the hoses disconnected.. Looped.. And No configuration allow the TPH and deck to rise.. This is not suppose to be this hard???
Suspecting a faulting Quick connect......I inserted a screw driver into the end of the line......
After a shower to remove the hydraulic fluid from my hair... I still dont have a moving deck.. Now what..?

You may have to check and make sure the lines are correctly hooked up and not been changed.
For BX tractors with valve on loader and stays on loader when taken off.
You have three lines.
One from the pump providing flow.
One line going to 3 point hitch.
One line returning to the tank sump.
When loader is connected the line from the pump usually goes in to valve on the left side and usually hits relief valve first. The power beyond line goes to 3 point to power the lift and the tank line drains fluid from loader back to sump. When loader is disconnected the pump line is looped to the power beyond line feeding the 3 point hitch and nothing is connected to the tank/sump return.
If you have a newer BX with the loader valve mounted on the tractor or the valve stays on tractor when loader removed then their are 4 hoses 2 for lift and 2 for curl and valve is always in line and should not change 3 point lifting.
Someplace on your tractor the flow is not getting to the 3 point valve circuit, either pump is not working or is damaged, quick disconnects are not coupling properly or the wrong lines are getting looped.
Some pumps can be damaged if the loop is not done correctly and pump is "dead headed" with no relief valve in circuit and that can be done with loader off and loop disconnected. The combination of connectors and lines on the tractor side were arranged so that the loop is only connectable one way to prevent mistakes but if setup was done wrong or lines were changed it may not hold true now. If more info is needed the WSM has info and picture of the adapter block that bolts to left side of transmission.
One additional note, the BX tractors have a single hydraulic pump where the larger tractors have a dual section pump, one for loader, one for steering.
The steering circuit on the BX has a priority valve where all flow goes to steering circuit until you get to about 1/3 throttle and then the excess goes to loader and 3 point, so 1/2 throttle is needed for good hydraulic response. Sometimes priority valve gives problems but not usually.

Obviously your hyd pump is working OK or your loader would not move. It does respond well, right ? Is it possible that your deck is mechanically "stuck" in the up position either by settings or by some mechanical flaw ? Is the deck possibly down and not lifting because of loose linkage or related ? If you lower the 3pt control lever can you then lower the upper lift arms in the back by standing on them or forcing them down ? If you get them down, will the 3pt hitch still not lift them back up ? I just sense that we are missing something very simple here.
