Bx2200 Front axle seal leaks oil

I purchased the BX2200 on 5/3/01 and when I called the
dealer about the warranty on the powertrain which is the front
axle assembly including the seals They state it is only warranted for 2 years. After looking at kubota's web site, to me it looks like the dealer made a mistake on the warranty period and it should be three years. Does anyone know for sure.
