BX2200 Length with FEL?

I just purchased a new BX2200 with FEL. I am planning on picking it up tomorrow but it just occured to me that since I have added the FEL I may not be able to haul it on my 10' trailer. My purchase was made after many hours of research on this site and links that it led me to. Thank's to all for sharing your knowledge.

just run it on the trailer backwards. Any overhang can be flagged. If you are worried about the fel not resting on anything, take a couple of 2x6x8 boards and place your tires on them to secure them under the fel. BTW it's usually safer to load the tractor backwards( or so it has been posted in the safety section).

Richard, that 10 foot trailer may be a tight fit. I hope you have sturdy ramps, those little hardware store ramps will not support a BX!!!!! They will break!!!!!!I helped one of my neighbors lift a 25 horse Sears over the hump in his pickup bed and then set it on the ground--the two of us (pre BX). Two guys cannot lift a BX--the point being be sure to have a strong ramp--halfway up on the ramp and it breaks will tump you over!

Thank's for the advise, the trailer and ramps are very heavy duty, it is just a short trailer. I am taking a couple 2x8 boards with me and will try backing it on like suggested with the boards under wheels to support the bucket. Wish me luck.

As it turned out the trailer was long enough to rest the bucket on the trailer. Thanks for your help, at least I was prepared.
