BX 2200
My BX2200 is approaching 600 hours, used mostly for mowing. However, it has done quit a lot of loader work as well. When I mount my homemade weight bar on the tractor as soon as it is lifted it begins to leak down very quickly. The valve that controls the lift speed, that can be used to keep the arms in the upmost position if you wish, does not affect the leak down at all.

I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem. I suppose that there may be an o-ring blown somewhere but am not sure.

Thanks,
TomPh

If I turn my lift speed valve clockwise (to the max) it does not leak down at all. Even with 400 lb weight box on the 3PH.

Tom,

I would agree that you have a leak someplace. Although it is normal for leak down, it is typically not noticable as it takes hours not minutes.
