BX2200 not running smooth

Hi, I have just returned home after a couple months on a job. My nephew had helped keep the grass down with my tractor. Now that I have started it it is running very uneven. I bled the injectors and find that number 1 and 3 are pulling the load as the tractor will cut out when I bleed either one of these but the number 2 will only register a slight difference.
Any ideas?

I'd start with the simple stuff first...air filter than the gas filter...Mowing is very dirty!!

Always in the back of my mind when others have access is: Could regular gas have been put in rather than diesel?
