I have a new BX2200 (30 hours) and it looks like I have leak on the top of the transmission just under the seat. I checked the fluid level and it actually has too much. I noticed a small red cap where it looks like the fluid is coming from on top of the transmission. Is this a pressure relief valve?

You may have hit the nail on the head.. You have too much.. Seems like everyone else has fuel tank leaks with the BX 2200....

The little red cap is a vent for the trans...With to much oil in it the oil will come out of the vent.

Thanks for the info... I am glad I am leaking out of the vent, not a seal or 'O' ring. I guess I need to drain some fluid until I reach "full".
