Looks like a terrific use of some kind of lawn chair upside down. Ideal for the purpose though. Actually, it looks great. Better than frying in the hot sun.

Sorry about the delay. I bid on it on EBay and modified it to fit my tractor. It was originally to fit an Ariens riding mower, but the color and measurements are a perfect match for the Kubota. All I did was modify (cut and weld) the brackets and attached them to the ROPS mounting bolts.
