Boy, I could not agree more on the parking brake issue. I have caught myself several times moving around and then realizing it was engaged.

I am a former B2410 owner and now have the BX23. ll. Besides the specific subcompact implements are easier to hook up because their pins and frame are at right height for the BX tractor. You may get more lift on them. )

I was going to get the B2410 till i saw and checked out the BX23.

If I could have 2 tractors I would add the B 2410 .

The transmission lever should have more than just a High Low and netural position.
A park poisition is need that works just like the park on cars and trucks.

So have I.
To help brake me of this habit I am trying to get into a 7 step starting process.
1*Fasten seat belt.
2*Shift into neutral
3*Turn key - start engine.
4*Shift back into gear.
5*Release parking brake
6*Lift bucket off ground
7*Press petal to move forward or backward
Hopefully after enough repetitions of this it will become second nature to me.

I've found that whenever I've gotten into trouble it was because I had skipped one or more of these steps or gotten them out of order.
