BX23 3PT Hitch

   / BX23 3PT Hitch #11
In my experience the main limitation on the BX 3PH is how far off the ground it is located. This is mainly just because the BX is much closer to the ground than say a B7610. I bought a Midwest RB22-60 Cat1 rear blade and I had to make some extenders for the lower mounting points ( to move them down 6 inches) in order to get enough lift out of the 3PH to get the blade off the ground.

Thanks to all. From what I've read, it sounds like I'll want to keep my Wheel Horse for 3pt stuff, just in case. But, oh, wait, that's a category 0. Darn it! Well, if nothing else, the only 3pt attachment I currently have is a 4 foot grader, and that's a cat0 that bolts on fine to the 20HP Wheel Horse.

Thanks

Ray - if you're not totally committed to the Kubota sub TLB, you might want to check out the Massey GC2310. I believe it is sized to a more conventional standard Cat 1 hitch. Just a thought.

Thanks 8561. That actually is the one tractor that is still in the running. It's either the BX23 or the GC2310. Whichever one I get, when I get it (hopefully), you'll see me here freaking out jumping up and down.

Thanks
