You people need to worry about the war or how to pay for your kids' college. All this "no way would I use" wordage for something like fuel.... It isn't going to harm your tractor. Just use it and refill with better stuff next time. Its a tractor with a well designed engine that will last for years. Do it the easy way. Get the fuel when you need it at the closest station. If it gels, don't use that station again. Gelling isn't the end of the world. Just use the standard winter diesel conditioner and you'll be fine unless you live in Canada, Alaska, or North Dakota.
I'm the one who ran his tractor on a 25% diesel/75% unleaded gasoline mix for an hour or more before I finally figured out why it was running funny. At 250 hours/year this tractor should easily last 20 years. BX1500.
