I have tried almost every thing. Removed tank to check for blockage, did the seat mod of removing one of the metal pieces, bypassed the fuse so that I had to kill the engine under the hood, replaced both filters and today the fuel pump. I have searched the web and see the same complaints and never see any remedy.
The only thing left is the injection pump, help please

I'll ask a couple question, you've probably already done them but I'll ask. Have you taken the fuel line off in various places to see if you have good flow, such as after the rear filter, it should flow well by gravity. I'd also try it before the main injection pump with the key on to make sure it's getting fuel there.

There was someone on this board that had the main injection pump go bad, but it's not common.

I also assume you have checked your diesel to make sure it's clean and doesn't have algae or a lot of dirt.

Yes I have good flow to the fuel pump, I have taken the fuel cap off to make sure it is venting. The fuel pump (new and the one I replaced) have the same pressure by using my finger as a gauge. The fuel is used up often so it's never old.

My next thought is using the other fuel pump, a Y from the tank to both fuel pumps check valves to engine for more pressure. The second fuel filter doesn't stay full. If I can't figure it out, a new tractor 13,000$, the grass keeps growing

My BX25 did the same, because of a parking brake that would not fully disengage. When I put a load on the engine it would stall. Once the dealer fixed it the problem never reoccured. Strange, but true.

You will find a lot of posts about adding a Racor filter to the BX's. My rear filter would plug up, but maybe only once a year. I would cut that filter open and it never looked bad, but you could tell when you took the hoses off it was plugged up. I'm not saying thats your problem but the filters are so small the plug easy.

If you can see the second filter isn't filling up well, it almost has to be a plugged tank, filter, hoses etc.

My question would be "how old are the hoses?" could be when fuel draw is heavy when under load the hose is collapsing on the inside restricting fuel flow.

The hoses are in great shape, both filters are new.
It doesn't seem to have problems with full tank of fuel. When it gets low I will try and pressure the tank up and blow it all out although it flows free through hose
