I wouldn't pass on Kubota just because some people are having a particular issue with the reverse pedal. This may be fairly isolated, and it may be a matter of working out the bugs with a new design. My 2230 (last year's version of this year's 2350) does not have that problem. This year, Kubota changed the pedal from a Treadle design, to separate pedals. Sounds like they had some kinks to work out. Maybe they have.

Hey Rat, I sure wouldn't pass on the Bota because of the reverse pedal being touchy, it's a small annoyance, but that's it. Everything else on this tractor is wonderful, some very significant improvements over the previous BXs. Every tractor out there is going to have an annoyance or two, it's just that there are so very few of them on this tractor it tends to stand out. Yea it's touchy...but it isn't that tough to deal with.

I tried all the competitors, was actually close to buying the JD 2305 before I got my hands on the new BX2350. Am very happy I waited to try out the BX, even with the touchy reverse.

Hi Rat...I agree, the items that I have mentioned are minor and probably fine tuneable. The tractor is super in all other respects! Without hesitation, I would still take it over anything else.

I checked on my insurance, AAA, and $10,000 is the limit. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

Yeah, we definitely differ from Canada in the insurance aspect. My L48 and L3830 had full coverage provided I had it on my property and there were no signs that I intentionally incinerated my tractor hoping for the newer model. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
