Backhoe BX24 backhoe control post/frame - busted

Anyone had the backhoe post break free of the floor? Mine has completely seperated - seems there are two small backets on either side of the post - and they have simply cracked off - pretty flimsy design it seems?

Agree - not really sure where this break is so I'd like to see it to better understand the issue. But to answer the OPs question, no, haven't had that issue but mine's only 4 months old.
